Regeneration?

A quick note about the new blog design, I'd gotten a few comments that reading light text on a dark background was causing some discomfort, so I've changed it with the hope of making reading the blog a more enjoyable experience. I'm sorry that sounded like an in flight magazine but it is half 1 in the morning...
